We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your email address when you request an offer or contact us. When ecommerce launches, order and delivery details may also be collected to fulfil purchases.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, manage requested offers, provide occasional Sweepee marketing updates, operate the website, and prepare future customer service and order fulfilment.
Email marketing
Submitting an offer form means you agree to receive the requested offer and occasional Sweepee marketing communications. You may ask us to stop at any time. A full automated unsubscribe flow must be connected before commercial email campaigns begin.
Website data, analytics and cookies
The website may process basic technical information needed to operate securely and remember choices.
We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure our advertising and improve ad delivery. It records page views, product views, add-to-cart and checkout starts, together with product, quantity and cart value, plus the technical data and cookies Meta collects from your browser. We do not pass your name, email or phone number through it. The pixel is not loaded for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland. You can opt out by blocking third-party cookies, using an ad blocker, or adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Checkout and purchase data are handled by Shopify under its own policies.
Sharing and storage
We use service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website and future ecommerce services. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
